Better to give than to receive

The holidays are always exciting for everyone, especially for those who have enough money to enjoy the Christmas season. But there are children who do not have Christmas trees or decorations in their homes. There are families who cannot afford gingerbread cookies or hot chocolate on their table, and there are children whose lives are shadowed by serious illnesses.

Again in the forefront of TOP100 in Somogy County

Both of our companies finished in the TOP 20 in the joint TOP 100 list of the Somogyi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Somogy County Organization of the National Chamber of Agriculture, the National Tax and Customs Administration and the Somogyi Hírlap.

Meeting Videoton pensioners

The Dorottya Hotel ballroom was the venue for Videoton's retirement party, with more than 200 former employees registered. The program was enriched by speeches and Elvis hits.

Half a century inside a book

432 pages, 800 illustrations, countless personal stories, mass of products and partners produced, low points and many successes. Our book about the history of the Kaposvár factory, published under the title "From Izzó to Videoton", was presented on November 21, 2023.

A night at Videoton – our gates were open during the Modern Factories Night

This was the 6^th time we gave a real insight into our daily life on 10^th November, 2023. After briefly introducing our company, 35 visitors came to see the plastic injection moulding, battery and the IPL hair remover assembly halls and the warehouses in order to get a glimpse of the daily activity of Kaposvár and Marcali leader industrial company.

Dun & Bradstreet, the global provider of business decisioning data and analytics, acknowledged the stability of our company with a certificate in 2023.

Community building in the City Park, VIDI Fest

The City Park becomes quite a noisy place on every second week of September year by year, since Videoton employees from Kaposvár and Marcali have fun and relax together with their family members.

Video of our tool workshop is ready! This part of our plant provides complex services on the field of repairing and maintenance of plastic injection moulding tools.

Biker Breakfast at Izzó Street

On 9th of May, cyclists were welcomed with breakfast at several points in Kaposvár. At the Izzó Street „Biker Breakfast” station, more than 20 Videoton employees – cycling to work – registered in exchange for a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Pick It Up! - So we did

The Kaposvár and Marcali VIDEOTON factory did not miss the cleaning of its sites and their surroundings this year either, and took part in the program series: Pick It Up! Voluntarily for a clean Hungary.

VIDEOTON's factories in Kaposvár and Marcali has joined the donation campaign for the benefit of the earthquake victims in Turkey.

Thanks to the cooperation of our employees, our company and one of our partners, 40 headlamps, almost 20 bags of children's and adults' warm outerwear, countless blankets, as well as a large amount of baby food, formula, diapers and toiletries collected in crates will go to those in need.
