The team used to race with an internal combustion engine, but in 2024 they switched to an electric power train. That was the point when they approached us to see if we could help them achieve their ambitious goals. The goal: to build a competitive electric racing car – and we’re doing our part.

As part of the project, we will provide battery cells, participate in the development and welding of the battery pack, and we will be also involved in the technical consultations. On 17 April, during their visit we carried out successful welding trials – and the first battery segment was completed and taken back for further testing.

We are proud of our engineers and purchasers who are active participants in the project. We are looking forward to the unveiling of the finished car – in which there will be the knowledge and energy of Videoton!
