Meeting Videoton pensioners
The Dorottya Hotel ballroom was the venue for Videoton's retirement party, with more than 200 former employees registered. The program was enriched by speeches and Elvis hits.
Special gifts and diplomas were given to the pensioners whose generations had worked in the Kaposvár factory. In the case of the family members of Lívia Tiborné Kovács, the total time spent in the factory was 116 years.
Senior Director Mr. András Gerber gave the pensioners an opportunity to learn about the development of Videoton since the last meeting, the latest products and the most significant investments. The Mayor of Kaposvár, Mr. Károly Szita greeted the elderly in writing. At the end of the event, participants were handed over the factory history book "From Izzó to Videoton" as an appreciation and respect for the meeting. These former employees built, shaped and formed the Kaposvár factory with years of hard work.
