During the ceremony the Employer of the Year award was presented to the two managing directors of VIDEOTON Elektro-PLAST Kft.. “I am proud that we received an appreciation independently from the company” - said Balázs Fábián. “We are on the path appointed by András Gerber and that is a good way for us.

Levente Pálca thanked to all the employees of VIDEOTON. “I feel that that company received this award and not we.”-said Levente Pálca. “There is a lot of people who help us, managers, blue collar workers and that is why the company can be so successful.”

During the event Tamás Dér, Deputy mayor said: “employee satisfaction is everyone’s interest and to reach that money is not enough, good conditions are inevitable.”
